Adding A Limestone Chimney Cap

I am working on a home that suffered storm damage. This damage involved the the home’s roof, siding, and chimney.

The chimney had its cement cap and upper portion knocked off. We replaced the cap with one made of limestone. Limestone not only looks better, but it is also much more durable. See the photos below for more information.

We fashioned a temporary aluminum hood to protect the chimney until we could have a limestone cap cut.
