There is a an old adage that says, “You have to break some eggs to make an omelette.” The same rule applies to a remodel. You have to destroy an area so you can rebuild it. Naturally, destroy is too strong of a word because it is important to preserve items that are not going to be replaced. However, things often look worse before they arise anew, like a Phoenix.
Below are photos from a recent job that I’m working on. Some people say that it is “fun” to demolish things, but in reality it is work like any other work.
